Because We Love A Good Retraction

Klan Kan Dance

Well, they offered no detailed explanation and refused to comment, but Fox News has disappeared the racist, misogynist, and homophobic editorial by their Executive Editor John Moody:

“Fox News on Friday removed an inflammatory op-ed written about the 2018 Winter Games by a network executive after it attracted widespread criticism, with a spokesperson telling media outlets in a statement that the piece of commentary did “not reflect the views or values” of the company.”

I beg to differ, Fox. That editorial is who you are, it was your very own Portrait of Dorian Gray in the attic.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the retraction was a calculated move on Fox’s part to get the congregants of the Church Of The Permanently Aggrieved simultaneously cheering for the views expressed in the editorial and raging at the “snowflakes” who found the post offensive, providing further “proof” that white hetero cisgendered men are the *real* victims in this world. Be prepared for an unhinged rant about Freedom Of Speech out of Hannity or innocuously-phrased seed questions by Tucker Carlson in the near future to stoke the coals.

I couldn’t help notice that the ‘both sides do it’ crowd are conspicuously absent here.

Seems this “editorial” was a direct result of the Pence scuff up with the gay skater.
