Noted ALLEGED pedophile Roy Moore is demanding a judge block the certification of Doug Jones‘ victory in the election to take the Senate seat once occupied by Jefferson Beauregard ‘Stonewall’ Session III.
Refusing to concede, failed candidate Roy Moore has doubled down on his claims of voter irregularities in Alabama’s U.S. Senate race in a last-ditch effort to stop the certification of the Democratic opponent who pulled off a historic upset last month in a traditionally deep-red state.
Moore asked a judge late Wednesday to issue a restraining order to stop the state’s canvassing board from certifying Doug Jones’ victory on Thursday. But Secretary of State John Merrill told The Associated Press that Moore’s action “is not going to delay certification and Doug Jones … will be sworn in by Vice President Pence on the third of January.”
But wait! There’s Moore…
Moore and his campaign filed the complaint in the Circuit Court of Montgomery, Alabama, listing several allegations and called for “a new special election.”
His complaint alleges that out-of-state residents had been allowed to vote and that election fraud experts had concluded through statistical analyses that fraud had taken place. One of the election experts Moore cites is Richard Charnin, who also posts about JFK conspiracy theories and the murder of DNC staffer, Seth Rich.
Really. Let’s look into his expert Charnin, the JFK Conspiracy theorist:
OK, then. Seems legit.
I’m no election expert (though I unnerstand they have them every morning in Alabama), but I believe that as soon as the election is certified—today in fact—then the whole thing is over.
Thanks for playing our game, Roy! Maybe you can find a job at the mall. Oh, wait.
