4th Reich Names Hope Hicks New Comms Director

More Exciting News From Trump HQ!

We guess when you refuse to leave the Titanic, you get to be the Communications Director and tap out the last telegram… anyway, Tiger Beat tells us:

Hope Hicks, a longtime member of President Donald Trump’s communications team, will assume the role of White House communications director on a permanent basis, a senior administration official confirmed Tuesday morning.

Hicks had taken on the role of communications director on an interim basis since last month, when she filled the job following the short-lived tenure of Anthony Scaramucci. That the “interim” tag had been removed from Hicks’s title was first reported by Bloomberg.

So let’s review, shall we?

  4. Hope Hicks

Do we wanna set up an office bet for how long this one lasts? How many Quatloos?

It won’t be long before she has earned herself a MPS nickname for her ignominious part in this administration. Her parents were prescient with their naming, in the “I hope hicks keep buying this bunkum” way.

  2. Steve-O says:

Just call her Hopeless, because her situation and her expectations of the job are hopeless.

Some where I read she was tRump’s newest squeeze? She looks mean to me but what do I know.

  5. RobGinChicago says:

Apt name, hope she outlasts her knee pads.

  6. JTO says:

In response to the duration of Fraulein Hicks’ tenure – “both too long and not long enough” is paradoxically the correct answer. She is Schroedinger’s Spokesskirt.

If her body of work thus far is any indication, we will be missing her when she is gone.

Don’t we all miss Ms. McCarthy driving the podium on SNL?
