Activism: Saving The ACA: Fighting Fire With Fire

Thanks for making calls yesterday (Wed. the 9th), Scissorheads. Let’s do it again today, please.

Pinned. Fresher posts below.

We fought for months to stop repeal of the ACA and last month we won a great victory. Unfortunately that victory only earned us the right to fight again another day.

That day is today.

McConnell makes Senate Democrats an Obamacare offer they have to refuse

McConnell told reporters Saturday there is “still a chance” the Senate could revive the measure to repeal and replace “Obamacare,” but he acknowledged the window for that is rapidly closing.

It’s recess month. I bet they think we aren’t watching. I bet they think we’ve dropped our guard and if they move fast they’ll get the chance to stick the knife in.

It’s for you!

A call to action:

We need to get on the phones right now. We cannot allow the R’s to gain any momentum.

Please call your D and R Senators and Congressional Representative, today.

  • Keyword: Protect My Obamacare
  • Keyword: Pay the CSR’s
  • Keyword: See you at Townhall

The R’s are never going to stop trying to take away our health insurance, just like they are never going to stop trying to overturn Social Security. We have to keep fighting them at every turn. We cannot allow them to gain any ground on this. They’re trying to get out ahead of us on this while our backs are turned. Don’t even let them think they can pull a  fast one on us.

Make the calls to your R Senators and Representative today, please.

Please call and support your D Senators and Representative as well. We are the backbone of the Democratic party without us there every single minute our politicians can not stand.  It’s our job. We’ve been doing it very well all year and you can see the results.

Don’t bitch.
Don’t moan.
Don’t whine.
Don’t cry.
Fight back.

Phone Calls Work!
