Here’s Some Malignant Stupid To Begin Your Day

The Russian Usurper wants to prove that 5 million people voted illegally in 2016, and he want to ensure it never happens again. So, the mango-hued shitgibbon turns to an expert in voter suppression, Krazy Kansas’ Kris (K?) Korbach to lead a comission to come up with a way to racially profile to ensure that only Real Americans vote.

Mike Pence is the other chair person so you know that Jeebus approves.

Anyway, Kris (K?) Kobach sent a letter to the Secretaries of State for all 50 states (and other territories demanding info like,

In addition, in order for the Commission to fully analyze vulnerabilities and issues related to voter registration and voting, I am requesting that you provide to the Commission the publicly available voter roll data for Connecticut, including, if publicly available under the laws of your state, the full first and last names of all registrants, middle names or initials if available, addresses, dates of birth, political party (if recorded in your state), last four digits of social security number if available, voter history (elections voted in) from 2006 onward, active/inactive status, cancelled status, information regarding any felony convictions, information regarding voter registration in another state, information regarding military status, and overseas citizen information.

…which is a pretty clear tell of what their plan entails.  You can Google for stories of how  in 2015 Kobach attempted to purge nearly 40,000 voters from registered voter rolls. And please note that 40,000 is slightly more than the number of votes that deeply unpopular Governor Sam Brownback had to win his re-election.

It worked!

So the Russian Usurper wants to do it again!

Update 1: California says no to the request for information:

President Trump’s voter fraud commission will not be getting the names and addresses of California’s registered voters. The panel’s request was denied on Thursday by Secretary of State Alex Padilla, who said it would only “legitimize” false claims of massive election cheating last fall.

Even if Kobach’s little commission collected all this data, they wouldn’t have the authority or capability to change voter rolls for a state.

To me, it sounds like he wants to run some deep data analytics to shake out records that don’t fit typical voting patterns, like maybe a voter who went inactive for several years, then suddenly started voting in every election. I believe he wants to sieve out outlier patterns in hopes of quickly producing a modest list of improper votes and creating an aura of plausibility around his whole crooked enterprise.

    But hey, that’s just me.

Oh, and also, Imagine If Obama, etc.

  3. Karla says:

Like in Florida, in 2000 and 2004, some central corporation can “recommend” voters to be purged from the rolls, and W’s bro Jeb! complied. Any state with an (R) governor will do this.

WOW, 5 million peeples. And you say he’s not “UP” on such things!! You ignorant sluts & slut-dudes.

  5. Burr Deming says:

Why bother sending our voter registration to the Trump commission? Just cut out the go-between. Send it directly to the Russian government.

meanwhile, it was more important to discuss his ‘mika tweets’ ad infinitum since they will more drastically affect our democratic processes and freedoms across the board.

      Paul –

There is only one justification for covering the tweets (that I can see) and it is that the 4th Reich may have broken the law by threatening Squint and the Meat Puppet with the National Enquirer. It’s slim pickings, but I try to console myself that Al Capone got put away not for murders but for tax evasion. It’s the little stuff that brings ’em down.

      Here it is:
