GOP Fails To Convict Clinton Again; What’s Up With That?

$7m Ameros Later…

BenghaziThe benghazi! Benghazi! BENGHAZI!!1! committee has concluded, and issued their report and dammit, once again Hillary Clinton has murdered dead a buncha people and the Republicans failed prove it again:

A House Republican report faulted the Obama administration for mishandling Libya policy and its response to the September 2012 attacks in Benghazi, but offered no significant new revelations about the role played by presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

Oh, man and she murdered Vince Foster dead, too. She’s a killing machine, right?

“This report just confirms what Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and even one of Trey Gowdy’s own former staffers admitted months ago: this committee’s chief goal is to politicize the deaths of four brave Americans in order to try to attack the Obama administration and hurt Hillary Clinton’s campaign,” Fallon said in a statement. –Brian Fallon, national spokesman for the Clinton campaign

The 800-page report should not be taken lightly, it should be hurled with great force, as Dorothy Parker once said of Atlas Shrugged.

Here’s the essential thing: there have been several GOP-led investigations into the tragic murder of four Americans, and each of them has come up empty on assigning actual blame; they have, however point out institutional failings and short-comings that should be addressed, like how the GOP budget priorities have left embassies all over the world with minimal security.

You want a scandal Republicans? There’s your scandal. Why don’t you fix that?

(Full disclosure: I went to school with late Ambassador Chris Stevens, we hung out in the same circle of friends; he was a nice kid. b-B-B!!1! is personal to me.)
