Birtherism Redux

Birther Queen

Birther Queen

A fellow Texan has filed a federal lawsuit to determine the eligibility of Ted “The Pride of Canada” Cruz’s to become preznint:

Newton B. Schwartz Sr. filed a complaint in a federal district court alleging that Cruz “was and is neither a natural born or native born U.S. citizen at the time of his birth.” Cruz was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 1970. His mother was an American citizen at the time of his birth. Donald Trump and several other conservatives have raised the possibility that Cruz is ineligible to run for president because he wasn’t born in the U.S.

With the first votes in the 2016 Goat Rodeo in about 2 weeks, unless the judge dismisses this right away, things just got interesting. Stupid, but interesting.

What Cruz needs to do is get fake birth announcements placed in 1970 editions of the Honolulu Advertiser.

It worked for the current guy

I think most of the GOP goat rodeoists are from another planet so another country is no big deal.

  3. roket says:

After listening to 7 years of bitching from the right as they attempt to redefine citizenship, now is the perfect time for the Supremes to define natural born citizen, what with two conservative candidates on the line here and all.
