Rubio and Charlie McCarthy

Writing from the pro-immigration Witness Protection Program, Sen. Marco ‘Big Gulp’ Rubio proposes that corporate tax rates be lowered from 35% to 25%…

…and individual rates for people be lowered to 35%.

“The need for tax reform is most acute on the business side of the Internal Revenue Code.”

“The current system inhibits businesses from expanding, creating jobs and investing in the American economy by taxing them too much and taxing them unfairly.”

That’s gonna leave a mark. Moron.

    O.T. but…

ALITO OFFERS SOME HELP: Justice Samuel Alito stepped in to offer Mr. Carvin some help, saying he had the same three clerks – to more laughter – and he thought it mattered a lot if he thought the memo was great and wanted to know if Will or Amanda had written it. “That was my first answer,” Mr. Carvin replied, continuing to argue that Congress was “not agnostic” about who ran the exchanges.
