Time for a cheese sandwich and a roadmap, Glenn

I’m too deliriously happy to type, so I’m just going to cut and paste:

FOX NEWS AND MERCURY RADIO ARTS ANNOUNCE NEW AGREEMENT(New York, NY) Fox News and Mercury Radio Arts, Glenn Beck’s production company, are proud to announce that they will work together to develop and produce a variety of television projects for air on the Fox News Channel as well as content for other platforms including Fox News’ digital properties. Glenn intends to transition off of his daily program, the third highest rated in all of cable news, later this year.

Well, as DCap (and I) said a while ago, it was only a matter of time. You cannot go without advertisers and run a successful media business. Given how Glenn Beck’s nutty show could not keep an advertiser, and how in the UK it went ad-free for almost the entire run, Fox finally canned the greasy lyin’ assweasle.

It must have been the wafer thin ratings.

  2. I’d guess that would be American ‘cheese’ on white bread with mayo.

Maybe Fox can get a deal on some old Popeye cartoons to fill the time. His regular viewers wouldn’t notice.

“White bread, cheese and mayo okay, but 86 that ham.”

    Ahhh! Thank you.
