Last I heard, automatic weapons were illegal. I dont have a problem with Long guns or pistols..but having been in the military, it scares me that private citizens have access to fully automatic weapons…the only use for them is killing.

Oh, the other use for Automatic weapons is to use up lots of ammo. Thats why the military changed the M16 from fully auto and single shot to 3 round burst and single shot. There is just not use for fully automatic weapons.

NFA weapons restricted? Partial Partial ARS 13-3101 It is a violation of state law to possess NFA weapons except as permitted by federal law.
NFA weapons are legal in Az with a Class 3 license from BTF. (NFA=fully automatic weapons, along with shotguns w/ barrels less than 16″)
Arizona has some of the loosest gun laws in the nation.
