Paging Senator Vitter…

In an excerpt from his upcoming interview with ABC News’s Bob Woodruff, [Andrew] Young alleges that Edwards asked him to arrange a fake a paternity test.

“Get a doctor to fake the DNA results,” Young said Edwards told him. “And he asked me … to steal a diaper from the baby so he could secretly do a DNA test to find out if this [was] indeed his child.”

I think that there is a metaphor for self-rightous, family-values, Xristian Xrazy politics in here somewhere, but hell, Vitter, someone is bogarting your brand. Dude, you need to step up your game.

Sadly, it appears that Senator Diaper (Vitter) is going to win re-election – effing wanker.

  2. raceynora: After the SC decision today, they all are. It’s official, our 200+ year experiment is over. I’m just hoping I can save enough pennies that another country will let me in.

  3. Pissed in NYC: Canada will usually take almost anyone that has a usable skill and/or decent education. They show preference towards those with education or skills that are in large demand, though. I believe New Zealand actively recruits immigrants in the same way.

Never know? If you wait for a left leaning government to take back Canada you might be able to convince them to let you in with some kind of refugee status from an oppresive regime out to kill you and your rights? Might even get a decent Canadian judge to grant that now, given the recent SCOTUS wankery?

  4. connecticut man1: Well, I dunno. I have a J.D. and LL.M. in Tax, so maybe that will work? My one plus? My father was Canadian. That has to count for something, no?

So long as the CRAP* retains even a minority leadership role in parliament, Americans should have no difficulty emigrating to Canada, provided there is no Republican fatwa against them and they are Rinso White.

    * CRAP = Canadian Reform Alliance Party = Republican Lite (but getting denser)
